Meet the Team
Ms Kylie Hopkins is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Service Manager of the organisation and is responsible for all operational matters and compliance with association policies and procedures.
The organisation also employs an financial administrative assistant to assist the manager with the financial management of the organisation. Each community hub is staffed by a hub coordinator leading a team of skilled volunteer intake & assessment staff to provide the community with the best possible service. The Phoenix Youth Support team, consisting of two highly experienced youth workers, is based at the Wyong hub. Our financial counsellor is based at the Gosford hub.

Membership
Wyong Neighbourhood Centre Inc. is our official legal name but we are also know as Phoenix Youth Support Service, Wyong CBD Community Hub and Gosford CBD Community Hub.
We are an independent Incorporated Association, a registered Charity and a Deductible Gift Recipient. All donations over $2, to this organisation are tax deductible.
Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in our activities and services or supporting what we do at Wyong Neighbourhood Centre. The cost of membership is $6.00 (non-waged) and $10.00 (waged) per year. The membership year is July 1 to June 30, however you may join at anytime. We hold an Annual General Meeting in September or October each year and all members are welcome to attend.
Members can be nominated and voted as Board Members at the AGM. Regular meetings are held throughout the year. Board Members will be required to attend a monthly meeting (generally around 6 per calendar year).
Board of Management
All positions on the Board of Management are voluntary. All positions are declared vacant at the Annual General Meeting each year and members are nominated to fill the positions. Positions are filled with suitably skilled and experienced community members with an interest in our programs and activities.
There are 4 office bearers (President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary) and up to 6 ordinary members each year.
